Harambe
Productions is the production arm of the SEC registered
and duly recognized independent group Harambe Society
Inc. Our aim is to ignite the spark of activism and
volunteerism through arts and culture, enlighten individuals
through music and unite them through action. We endeavor to
organize events to support our efforts to cater assistance to
marginalized sectors in society, especially the children.

The
group has continually fulfilled their responsibility to their
beneficiaries namely The Children
of Cebu Foundation, Children of Sentro sa Katilingban and Indigent
Children of Medalla Milagrosa Free Tutoring Center
in Dalaguete, Cebu.
It
is the aim of Harambe Productions
and Harambe Society Inc. to bring The Bob Marley
Day Festival to the neighboring islands in the Visayas and bring
together the nation in one glorious celebration. |

HARAMBE
relates to everyone by working together and helping each other,
promoting peace, love, unity and equality to all.
Our objective is to ignite the spark of activism and volunteerism
through arts and culture, enlightening individuals through music
and uniting them through action.
We endeavor to cultivate the promising talents of the youth,
local musicians and active individuals by providing a venue
for expression and more importantly, enhance their capabilities
as instruments of change.
We aim to organize events for fundraising to support our efforts
to cater assistance to the marginalized sectors in society,
prioritizing the children. Our goal is to reach out to the impoverished
areas within the Visayas and provide children with the basic
necessities such as food, clothing and health care.
Above all, our mission is to create awareness programs that
will inspire and empower individuals, instilling a sense of
responsibility to the youth, motivating them to contribute more
to society. |

We
have a responsibility to children and young adults first providing
them with their basic needs and offering increased exposure
to arts, music and culture.
Our responsibility is to identify the means to achieve our goals
and raise the funds to fulfill our commitments.
All agenda, activities and project ventures of HARAMBE will
be guided by the varying needs of those it seeks out aid.
We consistently support HARAMBE Society Inc.’s action
plan.

1.
Artists for Children
Motivate local artists to lobby for projects concerning children,
upholding their rights and promoting their social welfare leading
them to be better persons and active citizens of this nation.

Collection and distribution of food, clothing, toys, educational
materials for the less privileged children and their families
in the Visayas
- Cooperate with other organizations in Central Visayas
to carry out such activities in target areas such as Cebu
province, Camotes Island, Dumaguete, Bohol, Tacloban and
Samar.
- Seek out opportunities for these children and young
adults giving them a venue to carry out their own activities |
2. Artists for Artists
Unite local artists in celebration of music through benefit
concerts and socially relevant events.

3. Artists for the Environment
Encourage participation of artists and groups for projects concerning
the environment.

Workshops for recycling methods and other means of saving
the environment on a personal level
- Clean up drives in various communities
- Conduct tours to relevant environmental concerns and
issues (watersheds, thresher shark conservation in Malapascua,
and deforestation of our valleys in Busay). |
